Late this afternoon I was surprised to see two pairs of Eurasian Wigeon on Fanny's Pond, Trepassey. Newly arrived Euro vagrants, or spillovers from the St. John's flock?

Probably new arrivals as there are very few Wigeon around St. John's from what I've seen

The Eurasian Wigeon were still on Fanny's Pond this afternoon. I expect you're right Brad, though there was a small flock of Eur. Wigeon at the west end of Virginia Lake on Nov. 1st.
